Told to hotel staff over the phone: Happened on Thursday September 8th, 2011 at approximately 5:30pm in the downstairs dining room.
A guest and his significant other were in the dining room and while they were talking amongst themselves, being the only ones in the dining area, he saw from the corner of his eye someone come from the second room and "float" to the middle of the dining room. She looked out the window, then to the left, then to him, and then floated away. He said she seemed to have telepathically said "L" . He said she appeared in older clothing, a very long dress, not a very dashing young lady, but she didn't seem to have any feet (perhaps why she was floating through the dining room). He said the occurrence was only about 4.5 seconds long. The person with him didn't see anyone in the room with them. After he experienced that he asked one of the servers and she directed him to the room where she appeared to have come from and told him to look at the picture hanging on the wall. He confirmed that the picture on the wall was the lady he saw floating through the dining room and her name is Eleanor ("L").
Another interesting fact is that the room she came from was full of guests for a wine presentation, so maybe she was chased out of the room by all of the activity.
